We are specialized in Microsoft technologies with a primary focus on Business Central, Customer Engagement, .NET and Power Platform. We furthermore specialize in bespoke software development in the field of AI and generic programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python and PHP. HIPER is co-located in the Netherlands and Lithuania from which we serve customers throughout Europe.
How we started
Our founder Adriaan Hoogduijn moved to Lithuania in 2016. Witnessing the strong local tech ecosystem, he decided to move his then proptech start-up to Lithuania to boost its further growth.
Where the proptech start-up was acquired by a listed US-based company, Adriaan continued to build a fintech company which was ultimately acquired by a global private equity firm.
Based on the successful blueprint of these tech companies, HIPER was founded as a trusted nearshoring partner. With a distributed-by-design model, strict agile way of working and distinguished approach to software development - HIPER replicates the proven success formula in Lithuania for its customers.
